ACT! Premium Dual Access allows selling professionals to instantly access contact and customer data, manage and prioritize activities, track all contact-related communications, and report results to management, using either a Windows application or via a Web browser—for one low price. Whether accessing customer and contact data from the road, from home, or in the office, users get a robust set of features and an optimized-for-sales user experience.

ACT! Premium Dual Access provides each user with ACT! Premium for Workgroups and ACT! Premium for Web. Users have robust offline application use when not connected and can synchronize critical ACT! Calendar, Contact, and To-Do information to their PDAs; they can also work from home or on the road by accessing the centralized database via the Web, even from a lower performing PC. IT can quickly add additional users and easily roll-out software and updates to remote end users. Sales managers can supervise office and remote or traveling users with the same tools, and receive the same reports from every team member, no matter what their work situation or whether they are using ACT! Premium for Workgroups or ACT! Premium for Web.
