There are two monthly interactive open forum conference calls available for all CRM Alliance Members. The purpose of these calls is to allow each attendee to discuss issues they are dealing with in their business and solicit advice from their peers. There are no constraints on the issues to be discusses. They can range from sales to technical, marketing and operations, etc. The format is to spend approximately 10 minutes on each issue. This allows a group of 9 people to spend 1.5 hours on any given call. When: 1st Tuesday and 3rd Friday of each month Time: Tuesday
